Gluten and Dairy Free Broccoli Tuna Bake
A cheese free version of the brocolli tuna bake.
Servings: 4 serves

- 500 g Frozen Broccoli
- 1 onion
- 1 Large Tin springwater tuna
- 1/3 cup good quality mayo
- 1/4 cup almond meal
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 TBS olive oil
- 2 TBS nutritional yeast optional
Dice celery and onion and add to baking dish with tuna, brocolli, mayo and garlic.
Sprinkle almond meal and nutritional yeast on top, pressing down to form a thin crust on top.
Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and bake for 30mins.
