This gluten and dairy free brocolli tuna bake is made even QUICKER using frozen brocolli.

Literally whip this one together in 5 minutes and you’ll have a veggie and protein packed meal on the table in no time. 

Gluten and Dairy Free Broccoli Tuna Bake

A cheese free version of the brocolli tuna bake.
Servings: 4 serves
Cost: $10 Meal

Ingredients

  • 500 g Frozen Broccoli
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Large Tin springwater tuna
  • 1/3 cup good quality mayo
  • 1/4 cup almond meal
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 TBS olive oil
  • 2 TBS nutritional yeast optional

Instructions

  • Dice celery and onion and add to baking dish with tuna, brocolli, mayo and garlic.
  • Sprinkle almond meal and nutritional yeast on top, pressing down to form a thin crust on top.
  • Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and bake for 30mins.
