8-10Eggs
50gramssundried tomatoes
2TBSMixed Italian Herbs
1Large Zucchini
1Onion
1Cupof Baby Spinach
1punnet cherry tomatoes
1/3cupunsweetened almond milk
1/4cupshredded hard goats cheeseor sub for feta or nutritional yeast (DF Option)
Instructions

Dice onion and roughly chop zucchini and baby spinach and add all ingredients to a lightly greased baking dish.
