Tahini Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon tahini
  • 2 tablespoon peanut or any nut butter
  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 8 pitted medijool dates
  • 2 tablespoons warm water
  • 1/4 cup dessicated coconut + more for dusting
  • 1-2 tablespoons protein powder optionalâ €

Instructions

  • Pulse all ingredients in blender or food processer. (If too wet add more almond meal, if too dry add a little more water).
  • Roll into small balls and roll in coconut.
  • Freeze for 10-15minutes.
