Slow Cooker Chicken Tikka Masala
A healthy and easy slow cooker curry that the whole family will love!
Servings: 4
- 600 g Chicken thigh or breast
- 2 x 400g cans crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup tikka masala paste
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 2 Carrots
- 1 Medium Sweet Potato
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 brown onions diced
Chop chicken, carrots and sweet potato into small peices and dice the onions.
Add all ingredients to a slow cooker, mix well to combine and cook on low for 8hrs (or longer).
