Quick Date Free Berry Bliss Balls
Quick, easy and using ingredients you've probably got on hand! Perfect for a snack on the go or lunchboxes.

Servings: 12 bliss balls
- 1 Cup Rolled Oats
- 1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds
- 1 Cup Berries
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 TBS coconut flour
- 2 TBS Chia Seeds
- 2 TBS Coconut Oil
- 2 TBS maple syrup
- Extra coconut for dusting.
Blend all ingredients in a food processor or nutribullet (if using nutribullet or blender, you may need to blend dry ingredients first).
Roll into balls, gently roll in coconut then place in airtight container in freezer or fridge to harden (at least 10mins).
Can be stored for a week or in fridge or 2 months in freezer.
