Michala's 6 Seed Crackers
Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Oh so good for you crackers! Loaded with minerals, antioxidants and nutrients to keep you powering through the day - the whole family will love them!

Servings: 10 crackers
- 2 TBS Hemp Seeds
- 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
- 1/2 Cup Flax Seeds ground
- 1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds
- 3/4 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
- 1/4 Cup Sesame Seeds
- 1 cup Water
- pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 180° C
In a high speed blender pulse all the seeds until they are in a fine crumb or to your liking.
Add to a bowl with water and salt, let it sit for a couple minutes to absorb the water.
Spread evenly on a lined baking tray (it will be a sticky mixture)
Bake in the oven for 40-60minutes depending on thickness and how crunchy you want them! (Keep an eye on them).
