Iron Berry Puree
A yummy berry puree that has a great source of iron and the vitamin c to increase the absorption. Also works well as a smoothie for mama or toddlers.
Servings: 3 120g baby serves
- 1 cup of frozen organic berries
- 1/2 cup canned coconut cream or milk no preservatives/additives
- 4 TBS pumpkin seed meal ground pumpkin seeds
- optional 1 TBS hemp seeds or activated buckwheat buckinis
