Homemade Healthy Chocolate Gummies (GF DF RSF)
These gummies are great way to get some gut healing gelatin into your toddlers and for us mamas too! Full of healthy fats and protein they are a delicious healthy snack for the whole family.
Servings: 20 gummies
- 1 400 ml can coconut milk or half coco cream, half milk
- 2.5 tbs gelatin
- 1-2 tbs cacao
- 2 TBS honey or your choice of sweetener - maple syrup, stevia
- Optional: 1 egg or 2 yolks
- Optional: few drops of chocolate liquid stevia
Pour coconut milk /cream into a small saucepan and heat on low.
Sprinkle with gelatin, whisk until combined then add the rest of ingredients. Whisk again until completely combined (no lumps).
Pour into silicone moulds arranged on a tray for easy storage in the fridge.
Refrigerate for a couple of hours then store in an airtight container for up to a week.
