Ingredients

coconut oil

Almond Meal

ground pumpkin and hemp seeds
or extra almond meal

squares 85% dark choc chopped

Tablespoons
100% Maple Syrup

Tablespoons
Pea Protein Powder
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
½
teaspoon
baking powder + squeeze of lemon or dash apple cider vinegar.
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 160°
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Roll into small balls and bake for 10-15mins (they’ll be slightly golden on edges).
Let cool for before digging in and store in an airtight container 2-3 days.
