GF Buckwheat Flax Loaf

A beautiful gluten free loaf that is loaded with nutrients, fiber, protein and only takes 5 minutes to whip together to bake.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1 Cup Buckwheat Flour or Groats
  • 1/4 Cup Flaxseeds
  • 1/4 cup Sunflower Seed or any
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 TBS apple cider vinegar
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 3/4 Cup water or almond milk
  • 3 TBS olive oil

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 180C and line a loaf tin
  • Grind flaxseeds, seeds and buckwheat groats to a fine consistency and mix well with the rest of ingredients.
  • Pour into loaf tin and bake for 25minutes.
