GF Buckwheat Flax Loaf
A beautiful gluten free loaf that is loaded with nutrients, fiber, protein and only takes 5 minutes to whip together to bake.

Servings: 12 slices
- 1 1/4 Cup Almond Flour
- 1 Cup Buckwheat Flour or Groats
- 1/4 Cup Flaxseeds
- 1/4 cup Sunflower Seed or any
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 TBS apple cider vinegar
- 3 Large Eggs
- 3/4 Cup water or almond milk
- 3 TBS olive oil
Pre-heat oven to 180C and line a loaf tin
Grind flaxseeds, seeds and buckwheat groats to a fine consistency and mix well with the rest of ingredients.
Pour into loaf tin and bake for 25minutes.
