Choc Hemp Seed Bliss Balls
The perfect 3pm snack to boost focus, energy and satisfy sweet cravings.
Servings: 18 balls
- 1/4 cup chia seeds ⠀
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds ⠀
- 1/2 cup hemp seeds⠀
- 1/4- 1/3 cup cocoa for extra chocolatey flavour⠀
- 1/4 cup dessicated coconut⠀
- 1/2 cup chopped dates⠀
- 2 Tablespoon coconut oil ⠀
- 1 teaspoon vanilla⠀
- 1-2 tablespoons water if needed
Grind/blend all dry ingredients in blender/processor. ⠀
Mix with dates, vanilla and coconut oil, adding small amounts of water if needed to stick together.
Roll into balls and coat with coconut or hemp seeds. ⠀
Store in Fridge or Freezer.
