Choc Hemp Seed Bliss Balls

The perfect 3pm snack to boost focus, energy and satisfy sweet cravings.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds ⠀
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds ⠀
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds⠀
  • 1/4- 1/3 cup cocoa for extra chocolatey flavour⠀
  • 1/4 cup dessicated coconut⠀
  • 1/2 cup chopped dates⠀
  • 2 Tablespoon coconut oil ⠀
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla⠀
  • 1-2 tablespoons water if needed

Instructions

  • Grind/blend all dry ingredients in blender/processor.  ⠀
  • Mix with dates, vanilla and coconut oil, adding small amounts of water if needed to stick together.
  • Roll into balls and coat with coconut or hemp seeds. ⠀
  • Store in Fridge or Freezer.
