uncooked quinoa or 3 cups cooked (meal prep)

small red onion

of spinach
Dressing Ingredients

lime juice
approx. 2 limes

honey

tamari

ground ginger

cloves
garlic

Tightly Packed Basil
Instructions
If you haven't pre cooked quinoa, Rinse and Cook Quinoa.
Prepare dressing by blending ingredients together.
Chop onion and mix all ingredients and dressing with cooked quinoa.
Will keep in fridge for 4 days.

A great one for meal prep as the flavour gets better each day!
