Baby Banana Pancake
A super easy and soft blw breakfast for your little one that's loaded with the choline, b vitamins, iron and fiber to support healthy growth and development.
Servings: 1
- 1 small banana
- 2 egg yolks
- coconut oil or ghee
Mash or blitz banana in a NutriBullet
Separate egg yolks and mix with banana
Heat a frypan on med-high and add a generous amount of coconut oil or ghee
Pour mixture in and cook for 2 minutes or until easily lifts, flip and cook 1-2 minutes other side.
Cook for less if you want to make softer and more mushy.
