The natural sweetness is is the perfect way to satisfy the 3pm cravings. And they have a yummy caramel-y taste to them. I make them mini size (like a large grape) and have 3-4 of them instead of just 1 big one.
Tahini Bliss Balls

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon tahini
- 2 tablespoon peanut or any nut butter
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 2 tablespoon chia seeds
- 8 pitted medijool dates
- 2 tablespoons warm water
- 1/4 cup dessicated coconut + more for dusting
- 1-2 tablespoons protein powder optional⠀
Instructions
- Pulse all ingredients in blender or food processer. (If too wet add more almond meal, if too dry add a little more water).
- Roll into small balls and roll in coconut.
- Freeze for 10-15minutes.
