Just 2 Tablespoons of Hemp gives you 25% RDI of Magnesium plus a decent dose of iron, zinc and other minerals. Combining it with superfood quinoa and you have a meal that meets a big chunk of your daily nutrient needs!
Quinoa Hemp Salad

Servings: 2 serves
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked quinoa
- 1 cup cucumber
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 bunch parsley roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
Dressing
- 1 tbs tamari
- 1 tsp stevia
- 1 clove garlic finely chopped
- 1-2 TBS lemon juice
Instructions
- Mix all together in a bowl and top with Avocado if you like!
