Gluten Free Easy Pizza Scrolls

If your looking for a healthy snack or lunchbox filler these gluten free pizza scrolls are as delicious as they are easy to make!

The dough only requires 2 ingredients and the dough itself is dairy free (though we are using goats cheese in this one, so omit if you need a dairy free option).

We don’t have a lot of cheese dishes but if we do, I always use goats cheese in place of cow cheese as Goats cheese/milk products are easier to digest than cow milk.

The casein protein in goats milk is not inflammatory like cows milk so if your avoiding dairy because of skin or digestive issues, you might find you are ok on goats cheese.

*It does still contain lactose.
