Basil Lime Quinoa Salad

EASY SALAD| GLUTEN FREE | DAIRY FREE | 15 MINUTE MEAL

This is your new favourite quinoa salad! Made from scratch in under 15mins and just a few ingredients needed. Perfect as a side salad or coupled with some boiled eggs or avocado for an easy lunch.

Basil Lime Quinoa

  • 1.5 cups uncooked quinoa
  • 1 small red onion
  • 3 cups of spinach

Dressing Ingredients

  • ¼ cup lime juice (approx. 2 limes)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbs tamari
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup Tightly Packed Basil
  1. Rinse and Cook Quinoa

  2. While quinoa is cooking, prepare dressing by blending ingredients together.

  3. Chop onion and mix all ingredients and dressing with quinoa.
  4. Serve as a main or side salad. Will keep in fridge for 4 days.

A great one for meal prep as the flavour gets better each day!
