EASY SALAD| GLUTEN FREE | DAIRY FREE | 15 MINUTE MEAL
This is your new favourite quinoa salad! Made from scratch in under 15mins and just a few ingredients needed. Perfect as a side salad or coupled with some boiled eggs or avocado for an easy lunch.
Basil Lime Quinoa
- 1.5 cups uncooked quinoa
- 1 small red onion
- 3 cups of spinach
Dressing Ingredients
- ¼ cup lime juice (approx. 2 limes)
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbs tamari
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup Tightly Packed Basil
Rinse and Cook Quinoa
While quinoa is cooking, prepare dressing by blending ingredients together.
- Chop onion and mix all ingredients and dressing with quinoa.
- Serve as a main or side salad. Will keep in fridge for 4 days.
A great one for meal prep as the flavour gets better each day!
