Mango Coyo with Hemp Seeds

I love a meal that me, Olive (bubba) and Honey (3) can all enjoy, even better when it only takes a couple minutes to make!

Hulled Hemp seeds (hearts) have the outer shell removed so they are a nice, easy to digest seed which I recommend introducing to your baby 7months+ and you try and incorporate regularly into your own diet!

They are a complete protein with all the essential amino acids that you and your baby’s body need and it’s a great source of zinc, selenium, magnesium, iron and omegas 3,6 &9.

You can add any fruit you like, I particularly like mango when it’s in season as it’s great for healthy digestion, rich in vitamin C and tastes amazing!

I usually only make 1-2 serves of this at a time but you could prep ahead for 3 days. Make some for you, some for Bub!

This is a really filling and nutrient dense meal for Bub but feel free to adjust portion to suit your babies appetite / needs and relative to their age.
