This is your new favourite quinoa salad! Made from scratch in under 15mins and just a few ingredients needed. Perfect as a side salad or coupled with some boiled eggs or avocado for an easy lunch.
Basil Lime Quinoa Salad

Servings: 4 people
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups uncooked quinoa or 3 cups cooked (meal prep)
- 1 small red onion
- 3 cups of spinach
Dressing Ingredients
- ¼ cup lime juice approx. 2 limes
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbs tamari
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup Tightly Packed Basil
Instructions
- If you haven't pre cooked quinoa, Rinse and Cook Quinoa.
- Prepare dressing by blending ingredients together.
- Chop onion and mix all ingredients and dressing with cooked quinoa.
- Will keep in fridge for 4 days.
