This easy broccoli tuna bake is packed full of flavour, protein and nutrients that fills you up but leaves you feeling light.
It tastes amazing heated up the following day or two and is a great way to load up on your veggies.
For a lactose free version, use nutritional yeast or cashew cheese in place of goat cheese (or have without).
Broccoli Tuna Bake

Ingredients
- 4 cups of broccoli
- 1 small red onion finely diced
- 2 cloves of garlic finely diced
- 1 zucchini diced
- 1 Celery Stalk
- 1/3 cup grated goats cheese + extra to sprinkle on top
- 1/4 cup good mayo try meadow and marrow
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 TBS olive oil
- 1/4 cup almond meal
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180C
- Dice/finely chop all veggies and add to a lightly greased baking dish.
- Add the rest of ingredients except almond meal and stir to combine well.
- Sprinkle almond meal and goats cheese on top and bake in oven for 25minutes.
