2 Minute Tuna Avocado Salad

Ingredients
Female Serve
- 1/2 Avocado
- 2 cups mixed leafy greens
- 1/2 punnet cherry tomatoes
- 1 Handful of sprouts
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder or 1/2 clove
- 1/2 TBS fresh lemon juice
- 1 tin tuna in springwater
Male Serve
- 1 Avocado
- 3 cups mixed leafy greens
- 1 punnet cherry tomatoes
- 1 Handful of sprouts
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder or 1 clove
- 1 TBS of fresh lemon juice
- 1 large tin tuna in springwater
Instructions
- Mash the Avo into greens (use it as the dressing) sprinkle garlic over, squeeze generous amount of lemon, add tomatoes, sprouts and tuna and mix really well.
- Add extra squeeze of lemon and pinch of salt if you like. Makes roughly 1 serve so Double ingredients for 2 or more serves.
