Yes! The 4th trimester guide will guide you through the first 12 weeks postpartum from birth onwards. Then everything in this program will help you continue to support yourself throughout all seasons of early motherhood!
All recipes are gluten (wheat), dairy and refined sugar free. We focus on foods that give us the best source of the nutrients we need to replenish which includes animal based foods, lots of fresh, unprocessed foods (but still take some shortcuts to make life easier). You’ll have access to the quickest, easiest recipes the whole family will love.
The class is 40 minutes long. I recommend watching so you understand what we’re doing and why! It’s the next best thing to having a 1:1 consult with me as I walk you through the exactly what I share with my clients.

Yes! I wish I’d had this. It will give you the confidence to know how to nourish yourself, support your nervous system and give you the best postpartum experience possible!
Majority of the main meal recipes contain meat, chicken or eggs so it is not suitable for vegans. There are some vegetarian recipes and if you are confident in replacing proteins for eggs or fish, this will work for you.
